Rebate Agreement for Rifaximin (ATC A07AA11) for 2026-2028
Conclusion of a non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient Rifaximin (ATC A07AA11): Term from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028. Any pharmaceutical company may enter into a framework agreement at any time under the same conditions. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2, with Annex 2 to be submitted as an Excel file. Documents must be sent via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on October 1, 2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible at any time, with documents to be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month. This procedure is not a formal procurement process and automatically terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract.
