Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient Abiraterone (excluding 500 mg strength, ATC L02BX03): Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under equal conditions, with continuous admission possible; contract period from 2026-10-01 to 2027-12-31 with one extension option of 1x12 months. Submission of documents (offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and rebates, completed annexes 1 and 2, annex 2 as Excel file) via email to openhouse@dak.de by the 5th of the preceding month for the desired contract start. The procedure is not subject to cartel procurement law and terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract. further items as per the tender documents.
