Non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient Dapagliflozin (ATC A10BK01): Conclusion of a framework agreement under an Open House model for pharmaceutical companies, with a term from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028. The agreement automatically terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract. Access is possible at any time under the same conditions. Required documents: offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, completed Annexes 1 and 2 listing the relevant medicines. Submission via email to openhouse@dak.de, Annex 2 as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible on the 1st or 15th of the following month if documents are submitted by the 5th of the preceding month.
