Non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient Faricimab (ATC S01LA09): conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under the same conditions, with a term from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 to the contract, in which the medicines containing the active ingredient must be listed. Documents must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de, with Annex 2 as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible at any time, with documents required by the 5th of the preceding month for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month. The procedure automatically terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract for Faricimab. further items as per the tender documents.
