Rebate agreement for active substance Bimekizumab (ATC L04AC21) according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V: Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under equal conditions, with a term from 01.10.2026 to 31.03.2027. The agreement automatically terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract. Required documents for contract conclusion or later accession include a letter of offer, acknowledgment of the contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (medicinal products containing Bimekizumab must be listed). Annex 2 must be submitted as an Excel file. Documents are to be sent via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later accessions are possible on the 1st or 15th of the following month, provided documents are submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Contract documents are available via www.dtvp.de/center.
