Non-exclusive rebate agreement for active ingredient OLIMEL (7.6% KPG) and interchangeable FAM (ATC B05BA10)
Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient OLIMEL (excluding electrolyte-free; 7.6%; KPG) and interchangeable finished medicinal products (FAM) with ATC B05BA10. The contract period is from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028. Any pharmaceutical company can conclude a framework agreement under the same conditions at any time during the contract period. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2, with Annex 2 to be submitted as an Excel file. Documents must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de by the 5th of the preceding month for a contract start on the 1st or 15th of the following month. further items as per the tender documents.
