Landscape Architecture Planning for Replacement New Construction of HPZ Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden

Landscape Architecture Planning: Basic services for phases 1-9 according to § 39 para. 3 in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI 2021 for the replacement new construction of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden. This includes the demolition of the existing building, site preparation for new construction, renewal of public utility connections, design of a large garden with play equipment, courtyards as break areas, fencing of the entire facility including outdoor sports areas, and supplementing existing greenery. The outdoor sports facilities comprise a 40 × 60 m grass playing field, a 20 × 28 m all-weather pitch with an adjacent long jump facility, a 4/ 1.22 x 65 m running track, an outdoor equipment room, a pitch maintenance room, and a groundskeeper. Required traffic route construction works and supervision of defect rectification within the warranty period are included. Optionally, partial planning services for a temporary container facility can be commissioned, including barrier-free access, parking spaces, a playground, and potentially fencing. The funding application is planned for Q2 2027, construction start summer 2028, estimated construction period 32-36 months, completion by end of 2031. further items as per the tender documents.
