Particle Filters and Accessories for Buses

Delivery of particle filters and related spare parts for M3 category buses under a framework purchase agreement. The estimated quantity is 336 units (316 pieces, 20 sets) over 24 months. For factory-reconditioned products, a core exchange part is provided. The quantities specified in the price table are estimates based on 12 months of past experience; actual quantities procured under the contract may differ. There is an obligation to issue orders up to 70% of the total value of the framework agreement. The framework amount will be determined by a formula based on the winning bid. Products must be vehicle manufacturer, main unit manufacturer (engine), original equipment, or replacement products, either new or factory-reconditioned. Technical and quality parameters must comply with relevant UN-ECE regulations. For products in column "C" of the price table, only "OE" (Original Equipment) parts are accepted due to warranty reasons. The delivery period is a maximum of 10 working days. The warranty period is a minimum of 24 months from acceptance or 120,000 km mileage from acceptance. In case of defects, warranty service begins within 2 working days (inspection), and replacement and delivery of the faulty product occur within 5 working days. Delivery of spare parts and return of faulty/repaired/new parts under warranty are provided without extra charge. Necessary gaskets, connectors, and fasteners for installation are provided free of charge upon delivery. A quality certificate must be attached upon delivery. A declaration regarding the prohibition of awarding public contracts under Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, Article 5k(1) is required. further items as per the tender documents.
