Planning of the Eger Bypass Road

Planning services for the Eger bypass road: Preparation of complete permit plans with decision-making documentation, permitting procedures, and a feasibility study; preparation of complete detailed designs, permitting procedures, and approval; approx. 17 km of national road, of which ~1.4 km with 2x2 lanes (reconstruction of existing 2x1 lanes) and ~15.6 km continuously with 2x1 lanes (new alignment); planning of approx. 9 km of local roads (~6 km new alignment, ~3 km pavement reinforcement); 13 roundabouts (including 3 turbo roundabouts); reconstruction of 7 at-grade intersections; design of 12 simple or vehicle-sorting intersections; construction of 6 new structures and reconstruction of 3 existing structures; planning of 1 at-grade railway connection; one new 2x2 lane national road bridge over a railway with a maximum superstructure length of 81.8 m; planning of climbing lanes, retaining walls, and cuts; planning of bicycle path sections (new alignment, ~1 km length); planning of pedestrian paths and sidewalks (2.7 km length); planning of an estimated 2 pedestrian crossings; BIM-based design for permit and detailed plans according to regulation 31/2024. ÉKM; basic task includes decision-making documentation, feasibility study, and complete permit plans; complete detailed and tender plans, as well as procurement documentation for execution, are subject to a separate activation condition; optional designer supervision for monitoring construction execution, verifying implementation of detailed design, highlighting hindering/promoting factors, proposing solutions for technical uncertainties/problems, and assisting with technical questions; further items as per the tender documents.
