Non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient allergen extract from timothy grass, sweet vernal grass, meadow fescue, ryegrass, and smooth meadow-grass pollen (ATC V01AA02): contract period from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028; conclusion of a framework agreement for any pharmaceutical company possible at any time under the same conditions; submission of documents (offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and rebates, completed Annexes 1 and 2 with list of medicines) via email to openhouse@dak.de; Annex 2 as an Excel file; deadline for initial contract start on 01.10.2026 is the 5th of the preceding month; later accessions for the 1st or 15th of the following month require submission by the 5th of the preceding month.
