Rebate agreement for finished medicinal products CERNEVIT and interchangeable FAM (ATC B05XC30)
Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient FAM CERNEVIT (excluding KPG) and interchangeable FAM (ATC B05XC30): Conclusion of a framework agreement under an Open House model, allowing any pharmaceutical company to join at any time under the same conditions. The contract duration is from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028. For contract conclusion, an offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (listing the medicines to be included) must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries for the 1st or 15th of the following month require submission by the 5th of the preceding month.
