Discount Agreements for Medicinal Products with Raltegravir

Discount agreements for medicinal products containing the active ingredient Raltegravir (ATC: J05AJ01): Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V within an open-house model with all interested pharmaceutical companies. These agreements serve as a transitional solution until exclusive contracts from formal procurement procedures come into effect. Uniform conditions apply without individual negotiations. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.10.2026 and the latest contract end date being 30.09.2028. Contract entry is possible on the first of each month. A right of termination exists with six weeks' notice to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house contracts with exclusive discount agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. Exclusive contracts typically come into force 6 to 8 months after the publication of the corresponding tender notice. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 28.08.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible on the first of each month during the maximum term, with a lead time of 35 calendar days for AOK. This publication does not constitute a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
