Secondary Springs for Combino Trams

Delivery of secondary springs for Combino trams: Framework agreement for 410 pieces over 24 months. The contracting authority commits to ordering 70% of the total quantity. Parts must be delivered according to the specified type and factory ID, with equivalent or better operational capability, design, technical parameters, and reliability compared to currently used parts. The bidder must state the manufacturer and manufacturer ID in the price table. The delivery deadline is a maximum of 180 calendar days, with delivery according to the contracting authority's schedule and order quantities. Parts must be delivered in packaging protected against dust, water, and other contaminants for the entire contract duration, safeguarding them from external damage during transport and storage. Delivery of the parts must be ensured without additional charges. Orders will be placed exclusively via email to a single email address provided by the successful bidder. The bidder must be a transparent organization according to Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 and maintain this transparency throughout the contract. The bidder must declare whether their offer is subject to restrictions under Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, Article 5k (1), concerning Russian measures destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
