Delivery of spare parts for Cummins engines: The parts are intended for Cummins engines in M3 category buses. Delivery is under a sales framework agreement. The estimated quantity totals 4,702 units over 24 months, comprising 4,566 pieces and 136 sets. Detailed product information is contained in the Table of Tender Prices and the Technical Description. The bidder must specify the manufacturer and product identification (drawing number, part number, type number, or other identifying data) of the offered products and confirm whether they are vehicle manufacturer/main unit manufacturer original parts, first-fit, or replacement products. Proof of product conformity as per the technical description must be submitted. The delivery deadline is a maximum of 10 working days from order notification, and the warranty period is 12 months from acceptance. In case of defects during the warranty period, damages resulting from the malfunction must be compensated. Rectification of warranty defects must begin within 2 working days and be completed within 5 working days of receiving written notification. Delivery, removal for warranty claims, and return of repaired/replaced products are provided free of charge. Necessary connectors, seals, or fasteners provided by the product manufacturer must be delivered free of charge with the product. Performance must adhere to the schedule and order quantities requested by the contracting authority. Products must meet the specified quality, and the successful bidder will supply the offered items for the entire contract duration. Vehicle manufacturer/main unit manufacturer original products, or their packaging if not possible on the product itself, must bear the manufacturer's/main unit manufacturer's logo/designation. These products must be delivered in original manufacturer packaging for the entire contract duration. The technical, quality, and operational parameters of the delivered products must be equivalent to those prescribed by the manufacturer for new products. The technical and quality parameters of the offered products must comply with the UN-ECE regulations for approval. The bidder acknowledges that products installed elsewhere, repaired, or refurbished (including factory refurbished or rebuilt) are not accepted. A quality certificate must accompany deliveries. The bidder must be a transparent organization according to § 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 and prove this upon request, ensuring transparency throughout the contract duration. A declaration regarding the prohibition of awarding public contracts under Article 5k(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine must be submitted.
