Technical Construction Supervision for Roof Renovation Lánc Street Polyclinic

Technical construction supervision for the roof renovation of the northern building section of the Lánc Street Polyclinic: The renovation covers an area of 650 m² and includes architectural works (roof insulation, sheet metal work) as well as mechanical and electrical network elements (lightning protection) on the roof. The supervision tasks involve the coordination of project execution and the oversight of construction works and procurement, in accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 191/2009 (IX. 15.) Korm. Rendelet § 16 and Act LXIX of 2023. This includes checking compliance with regulations, standards, and contracts, verifying professional execution, checking building layout, controlling and countersigning entries in the e-construction log, documenting defects, proposing plan changes, inspecting concealed structures, participating in handover procedures, checking technical performance characteristics and safety regulations, verifying performance declarations of built-in products, preparing decisions for the client, examining financial settlements and measurements, issuing performance certificates, justifying deviations in contractor fees, conducting on-site inspections at least every ten days, coordinating multiple main contractors, promptly notifying the client of defects, coordinating and documenting site handover, technical acceptance, and occupancy permit procedures, regular participation in weekly cooperations, organizing and participating in post-review procedures, supervision during the warranty period, preparing progress reports, checking and approving documentation, and assessing and supervising potential additional or extra works, further items as per the tender documents.
