Maintenance of RCDs for University Hospital Dresden

Recurring inspection of Residual Current Devices (RCDs) according to DIN VDE 0105-100, DIN VDE 0100-710, and DGUV V3/V4 at Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden, various buildings. Work is to be performed during ongoing operation, including outside normal working hours (Monday to Friday 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM), at night, and on weekends. Contract duration: January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030. Required qualifications include proof as a registered electrical specialist company, service delivery with own staff, at least one certified employee with switching authorization up to 30 kV, proof of first aid training for electrical specialists, written appointment of electrical specialists as qualified persons according to TRBS 1201, named personnel with qualifications, submission of a sample work report, references for maintenance of electrical systems (inspections) from the last three years, guarantee of original spare parts installation, and knowledge of hospital-specific operational procedures. Proof of technical expertise is waived for partners with an existing maintenance or framework contract for gas warning systems (not older than January 2023). Performance capability requires the possible simultaneous deployment of at least 2 employees with a maximum 2-hour reaction time during normal working hours at the UKD site, and at least 1 employee with a maximum 2-hour reaction time outside normal working hours (in case of malfunction). Inspection and maintenance documentation must follow client specifications. Reliability proofs include a certificate of good standing from the health insurance fund, a declaration of tax payment, professional liability insurance coverage, an extract from the commercial register (not older than three months), and registration in the craftsmen's roll. Proof of reliability can also be provided via prequalification directories. The award criterion is price, further items as per the tender documents.
