Maintenance of RCDs for University Hospital Dresden

Recurring inspection of residual current devices (RCDs) according to DIN VDE 0105-100, DIN VDE 0100-710, DGUV V3 / V4 at Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden, Fetscherstraße 74, 01307 Dresden, across various buildings. Contract duration from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030. Required qualifications include: Proof as a registered electrical specialist company for low-voltage electrical systems in the DREWAG Dresden supply area, provision of services with own staff (no subcontractors), certification of at least one trained employee with switching authorization for electrical systems up to 30 kV, proof of first aid training for deployed electricians, written appointment of electricians as qualified persons according to TRBS 1201, named list of personnel categorized by professional groups, training, authorization, and qualification, copies of professional training/authorization certificates and current qualifications of employees, a sample work report, references for sufficient experience in electrical system maintenance (especially inspections) in various facilities within the last three years, guarantee of using original spare parts from various manufacturers, knowledge of hospital-specific operational procedures. Proof of expertise is waived for partners of the University Hospital with a maintenance or framework contract for gas warning systems not older than 01/2023. Also required: deployment of at least 2 employees with a maximum reaction time of 2 hours during normal working hours at the UKD site, and in case of malfunction outside normal working hours, at least 1 employee with a maximum reaction time of 2 hours at the UKD site, documentation of inspection and maintenance according to client specifications. Furthermore: certificate of good standing from the health insurance fund, declaration of tax payment compliance, proof of professional liability insurance coverage, extract from the central trade register (not older than three months), entry in the craft register.
