Maintenance of Gas Warning Systems from Various Manufacturers for the University Hospital Dresden

Maintenance and repair work on gas warning systems from various manufacturers (e.g., Sensitron, Winter, Extox, among others) for the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden, various buildings, Fetscherstr. 74, 01307 Dresden. The execution period runs from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030. Required are proof of availability of original spare parts, DIN EN ISO 9001/9002 certification, service provision by trained electricians or electricians for selected activities, current authorization from the respective manufacturers for maintenance, installation, and repair of gas warning systems, and at least 3 references for experience in the maintenance (especially performance of maintenance/inspections) of central medical gas supply systems in medical facilities within the last three years. Proof of technical expertise is not required for partners of the University Hospital Dresden with a maintenance or framework contract for gas warning systems not older than January 2023. Furthermore, proof of a 24-hour emergency service via direct contact or service number, a guaranteed reaction time of maximum 6 hours for malfunctions, information on the number of available employees within maximum 6 hours at the site at UKD after request by UKD, and documentation of inspection and maintenance according to the client's specifications are required. Reliability is demonstrated by a certificate of good standing from the health insurance fund, a declaration of tax payment, proof of professional liability insurance coverage, an extract from the trade register (not older than three months), and registration in the craft register. Proof of reliability can also be provided by a directly accessible entry in the publicly available list of the Association for Prequalification of Construction Companies e.V. (Prequalification Register) or an official register of prequalified companies for the supply and service sector. The award criterion is 100% price, further items as per the tender documents.
