Maintenance work on laboratory fume hoods, spot extractions, and hazardous material cabinets

Maintenance and repair services for laboratory fume hoods, spot extractions, and hazardous material cabinets of various manufacturers in several buildings of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden. The execution period is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030. For suitability assessment, expertise in hospital-specific workflows, at least 3 references from comparable sensitive services in hospital/laboratory or GMP cleanroom areas within the last three years, and the deployment of qualified personnel according to BDI Guideline 4068, Sheet 1 and TRBS 1203 must be demonstrated. Required are emergency access times under 48 hours and reaction times for malfunctions of maximum 6 hours, the provision of services by the bidder's own operations, and documentation of inspection and maintenance. Reliability must be proven by a certificate of good standing from the health insurance fund, a declaration of tax payment, professional liability insurance, an extract from the commercial register (not older than three months), and registration in the trade register.
