Municipal Waste Management for Residential Properties 2027-2028

Municipal Waste Management: Organization of collection, transport, and recovery of selectively collected, biodegradable, and unsorted municipal waste from residential properties in the Pyskowice Municipality for the years 2027-2028. Waste must be managed in accordance with resolutions of the Pyskowice City Council, the Polish Waste Act (Dz. U. z 2023 r. 1587), the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), environmental protection requirements, and the Economic Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. Mixed municipal waste and bio-waste must be delivered to a municipal installation. The service must comply with environmental protection and sanitary regulations. For execution, a minimum of 2 vehicles for municipal waste (including 1 with a closed-loop water system for on-site container washing and disinfection), 1 vehicle for selectively collected waste, and 1 vehicle without compacting function (with gantry body) must be used. Vehicles must meet at least the Euro 5 emission standard. If the fleet is expanded, at least 9% of the vehicles must be "clean vehicles" as per the electromobility and alternative fuels act. Disposal of Municipal Waste for the City Municipality of Lubaczów

Disposal of municipal waste: Collection, transport, and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the city of Lubaczów, in accordance with the current cleanliness and order regulations of the City Municipality of Lubaczów. The scope of services includes the collection of all generated and collected quantities of individual municipal waste fractions from all residential properties in the municipality. This comprises: unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code: 20 03 01) collected in containers or bags; selectively collected municipal waste in containers or bags, divided into four fractions: paper and cardboard (blue, codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01), plastics and metals (yellow, codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40), glass (green, codes: 15 01 07, 20 01 02), biodegradable waste (brown, codes: 20 01 08, 20 02 01). Also included are selectively collected waste not requiring containers: bulky waste (code: 20 03 07) such as furniture, used tires (code: 16 01 03), fluorescent lamps and mercury-containing waste (code: 20 01 21*), freon-containing equipment (code: 20 01 23*), waste electrical and electronic equipment (codes: 20 01 35*, 20 01 36). Furthermore, selectively collected waste in containers or bags within the Lubaczów City Municipality: batteries and accumulators (code: 20 01 33*), other batteries and accumulators (code: 20 01 34) collected in schools and public utility buildings, and expired or unused medicines (code: 20 01 32) collected in selected pharmacies (not for commercial purposes). The management of the collected waste includes: mechanical-biological treatment of unsegregated municipal waste to recover fractions; processing of selectively collected biodegradable waste; mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste (undersize fraction 0-80 mm), with the oversize fraction (> 80 mm) with the required calorific value to be managed as alternative fuel; landfilling of waste after mechanical-biological treatment (stabilizate); sorting of mixed packaging waste and secondary raw materials for recovery; sorting of mixed packaging waste and source-separated waste for recovery; landfilling of waste with code 20 03 99; management of other waste types, including construction and demolition waste. The contractor must achieve recycling, reuse, and recovery rates, reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste for landfilling, and comply with all applicable laws and local regulations, including the Waste Act (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 et seq.), the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Dz.U. z 2025 r., poz. 733), the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Waste Management Plan 2020-2026 (with perspective to 2032), and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021 (Dz.U. z 2021 r. poz. 906). Invoicing requires attached waste transfer cards and a monthly report.

Municipal Waste Management for Residential Properties in Brójce Municipality

Municipal waste management: Collection and recovery or disposal of municipal waste from residential properties and the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Brójce Municipality, including the provision of containers and bags for waste collection to these properties. The service must ensure the achievement of reuse and recycling levels and the reduction of municipal waste landfilling, in accordance with Polish laws (Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, Ministry of Climate and Environment regulations of June 13, 2024, and December 10, 2021) and the current Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship. The system covers an estimated 2,277 residential properties (including 44 periodically used) and 6,993 residents within a municipality area of 69.1 km². The estimated waste volume is approximately 208 Mg per month, totaling 4,992 Mg. These quantities are estimates and may change; the minimum performance is 65% of the contract scope. An option for additional services up to a maximum of 25% of the basic contract value is foreseen. The contract also includes the collection and disposal of waste from the PSZOK, including waste from pharmacies and pharmacy points.

Organization and operation of two municipal waste collection points (PSZOK) in Oświęcim: Establishment and management of two waste collection points, one located in the right-bank and one in the left-bank part of Oświęcim, for the period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028.
