Canteen and Catering Services for NBS Employees
Catering services and supplementary sales in a canteen for NBS employees: Comprehensive preparation, cooking, and serving of meals for approximately 600 employees daily in an internal canteen not accessible to the public. The daily offer includes three menu types (soup, main course, drink, salad/dessert, fruit), one à la carte dish, and one "business à la carte" dish. The operation and supply of two self-service dispensing islands, as well as the provision of occasional catering for events in the NBS building, are also included. The service requires sufficient personnel and compliance with all hygiene regulations. Meals will be prepared in a newly renovated and equipped kitchen; the canteen premises have also been fully refurbished. The successful bidder will conclude a service contract and a lease agreement for the canteen, kitchen, and buffet premises, with the contracts being interdependent and the rent fixed in the lease agreement. The operation of the leased buffet, which is functionally connected to the kitchen and dining room, is also part of the contract. Special emphasis is placed on the quality of raw materials, food safety, and service standards. The estimated contract value is 8,282,000.00 EUR net for a duration of 24 months with two extension options of 24 months each. Further items as per the tender documents.
