Preparation of project documentation, inventory, concepts, architectural-construction projects, and technical specialist projects for temporary shelters in basements/cellars of buildings in Otwock, including cost documentation and obtaining the final building permit. Services include developing solution concepts for client approval and preparing all documents in accordance with legal regulations, technical building regulations, standards, and technical knowledge, specifically according to the Building Law of July 7, 1994 (Dz. U. z 2025 poz.418), the Law on the Protection of Monuments of July 23, 2003, the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1679), the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-utility program (Dz. U. z 2021 r., poz. 2454), and the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on defining methods and bases for preparing investor cost estimates, calculating planned costs for design works and construction works (Dz.
