Controlling, Planning, and Reporting System for Hochschule Campus Wien
Implementation and operation of an integrated controlling, planning, and reporting system as a Software-as-a-Service solution for Hochschule Campus Wien (HCW) and its affiliated companies: Replacement of the existing controlling system, consolidation of financial, personnel, and project controlling, multi-year budgeting, forecast, simulation, and management reporting on a unified data basis. Key functionalities include automated integration with existing upstream systems (BMD, REXX, DOXIS, LEAP, HCW-Portal), distribution and planning of personnel costs at individual employee level, a collaborative planning process involving approximately 200 decentralized planners, and a self-service reporting landscape based on Power BI. Power BI licensing will be provided by HCW. Implementation is planned for 2027, with go-live from 2028. The scope of services includes implementation, operation, support, maintenance, and further development of the solution over a multi-year contract term.
