Engineering Structure Planning for Upgrade and Modernization of Hbf Subway Station

Engineering structure planning according to § 43 HOAI for the expansion of capacity, upgrade, and modernization of the Hauptbahnhof Oben (HO) subway station, lines U4/U5, at Munich Central Station: The underground existing structure, built using diaphragm wall-top-down construction in the 1980s, will be structurally adapted during ongoing subway and passenger operations. Planning services include the constructive elaboration of capacity-increasing measures, interventions in the existing supporting structure, construction states, temporary constructions, and interfaces to structural engineering, building and interior design, building services (TGA), conveying systems, fire protection, construction logistics, operation, and BIM. Central to the measure is the creation of a new intermediate level in the previously unused airspace above the approximately 136 m long central platform, including new supporting and bearing structures, connections to the existing structure, openings in existing diaphragm walls, dismantling and adaptation measures, temporary separations to the passenger area, and construction-state-related safety and operating concepts. Furthermore, the service includes the constructive planning of new escalator and elevator connections, a possible access structure, an excavation pit including shoring, the creation of accessibility by adapting the platform slab with approximately 5 cm of concrete overlay, and optional measures for the structural reinforcement of the platform slab. An open-ended bicycle parking facility with an estimated 500 to 700 parking spaces is to be considered as an option or on-call service. Planning is carried out in phases 1 - 9 and must be fully integrated into the BIM-based project execution with AIA, BAP, LOIN, LIA, and CAFM/taxonomy-relevant documentation. The project period is expected to be from 2026 to 2035.

SaaS-based Data-Centric Security Platform (DSP) for Data and Access Security

Provision, implementation, and operation of a scalable, cloud-based Data-Centric Security Platform (DSP) for the analysis, monitoring, and protection of data and access permissions in a hybrid IT environment (on-premises and cloud). The solution includes analysis and evaluation of data assets, data accesses, and permission structures, including the identification of potential security and data protection risks; functions for detecting anomalies in user and entity behavior (User and Entity Behavior Analytics); creation of transparency regarding effective accesses and permissions; detection and evaluation of conspicuous, risky, or security-relevant activities; provision of monitoring, reporting, and evidence functions to support audit, compliance, and security requirements, especially in the regulated KRITIS environment; support in deriving and implementing suitable measures for risk reduction (e.g., adjustment of permissions or restriction of access rights); integration into the existing hybrid system landscape (identity services, file and cloud storage, collaboration platforms) via standardized interfaces. The provision and operation of the solution are in a SaaS model, including maintenance, further development, updates, and technical documentation. Additionally, services for continuous evaluation, assessment, and prioritization (Managed Detection and Response) of security-relevant events and the provision of recommendations for action are planned, which may also include operational support services. Continued operation requirements include ensuring an uninterrupted transition from an existing production-like operation, including a suitable migration and transition concept; taking over existing configurations, evaluations, and settings where technically possible; guaranteeing compatibility with existing system landscapes, role, and permission models; minimizing migration, integration, and training efforts while considering cost-effectiveness over the entire lifecycle; and ensuring continuous operational capability during the transition phase. All services related to the client's data or metadata must be provided exclusively within the scope of the EU-GDPR.
