Suitability criterion demonstrating a bidder's professional knowledge and experience for the tendered service.

What is Professional Expertise?

Professional expertise (German: Fachkunde) is one of the three classic suitability criteria in German procurement law. It refers to the professional knowledge, skills, and experience a bidder needs to properly execute the tendered contract.
