Rebate agreement for Interferon beta-1a (subcutaneous use)
Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V: for the active ingredient Interferon beta-1a (for subcutaneous use only), ATC L03AB07, within an Open House model. Any pharmaceutical company can join at any time during the contract period under the same conditions. The contract period begins on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.10.2028. For contract conclusion, an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (with medicines to be listed) must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de, with Annex 2 to be sent as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.11.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries for the 1st or 15th of the following month are possible if documents are submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. further items as per the tender documents
